Jillian Jillian is a Certified Destination Wedding Specialist, a Certified Honeymoon Specialist, a Preferred Sandals and Beaches Specialist, a Secrets Master Agent and a Europe Specialist. As a child I always loved going to the airport. I had the feeling of freedom knowing that I could get on an airplane and travel anywhere in the world! Whether it was to visit a family member in the states, sightsee in Rome or lay on an island beach drinking a Pina Colada, the thought always excited me. This feeling stayed with me my entire life and inspired me to start my career as a Travel Consultant. Knowing I have the world in my hands I want to see and experience as much of the world as possible in my lifetime. I want to give this same experiences to my clientele! |

I have been to 39 of the 50 states, my goal is to visit all 50 within my lifetime. I travel frequently to major cities and tourist sites in the United States. I have traveled to Jamaica, Mexico, France, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands and British Columbia. I am proud to announce I will be graduating in 2011 with a degree in Travel and Tourism. For ten years now, I have been a part of customer service. I have a great passion for both customer service and traveling. I have once asked myself what the definition of "customer service" was. Customer service is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase. |

In my eyes, this is very true; customer service is not something that will ever end. This is something I can stand by and promise each and one of you when working with me, my customer service to you will NEVER end! I will be dedicated to you through this entire journey we take together!
My customer service started at the age of 16 when I became a hostess at Pizza Hut. At the age of 17, I was asked to become a server and now have 9 years of experience to back me. Through these years, I have developed very close relationships with my customers and still enjoy every day of work there. At the age of 20, I became a Customer Service Representative at what is now known as Direct Brands Inc. I filled that position for 4 years until I was promoted to a Reports Specialist in 2007.

Sandals Grande Antigua Resort & Spa is an amazing resort; I was most impressed with the Sandals employees and the Sandals restaurants. The employees make you feel right at home when staying at their resort. They are there to help you with anything you could possibly need during your stay. With no question in my mind, the restaurants courses were absolutely superb. I can promise you will never leave a Sandals resort hungry or unsatisfied!
Antigua is a gorgeous island. My husband and I enjoyed the long walks on the beach. During our stay, we had the opportunity to go snorkeling, and it was a BLAST! We got to see stingray, different exotic fish, and plenty of Moon jellyfish which I happen to hold before we dipped into the ocean. The Moon Jellyfish is what I enjoyed most about the ocean because where you normally see the tentacles is a purple outlined flower. Simply beautiful!

The BEST part of our honeymoon was our romantic candle light dinner on the beach. It was a moment that we really got to enjoy alone time together and share what our favorites moments were during our stay in Antigua. We truly had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back!

Heather I began my work experience as a cashier at Festival Foods in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. I continued working throughout High School and worked my way up to a Customer Service Representative. It was then I realized I enjoyed helping so many different types of individuals. After High School, I took a position at a local Construction Company working in the Accounting Department. Accounting was the main subject I studied throughout High School. I liked this career so much that I continued to grow within the department for many years. |
During those years, I had traveled a lot and experience so many wonderful things at each and every destination. I have always thought how wonderful it would be to become a Travel Consultant and what great satisfaction you must feel to help people with their special trips, but, I was nervous about change and just continued to do what I felt comfortable with. It wasn't until I had my baby girl in 2008 then shortly after that was laid off from my employer, that I really got to thinking about what I would love to do in the future. "I have been given a second chance," I would tell myself. And, well, I convinced myself that being a Travel Consultant is what I would really love to do. The satisfaction I would get from seeing and hearing someone so excited about taking that trip I helped them with, just would make me so happy.
I had a Travel Consultant that I used for each and every trip I would take. She was always so helpful and friendly that she and I have become friends. We would talk about her career and she would tell me she loved what she did each and every day. That is what really got me thinking harder and excited about this wonderful journey. I think Personal service is what keeps people loyal to their Travel Consultants. In this busy world we live in today, some days you just want someone else to take the reins and deal with the pains. Despite the abundance of choices, or perhaps because the Internet can often be as frustrating as it is helpful, another thing a Travel Consultant can offer that the Internet can't is experience. Sometimes the difference is in the detail, and the word of someone who has been to a destination I am considering far outweighs the tiny thumbnail photo and generic description I find on most Internet sites.

My goal is to provide you with the absolute best experience every time you call or meet with me.
